How long does it take to get my steel building?
Lead times typically run 2 to 8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on size, complexity, and current production schedule. We'll give you an estimated install window before you sign.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Both our 14-gauge and 12-gauge framing carry a 20-year warranty, along with a 20-year warranty on 29-gauge sheet metal. Upgrade to 26-gauge panels for a 40-year warranty. All structures are engineer-certified and built to meet local wind and snow load requirements.
Do I need a concrete pad or permits?
Buildings can be installed on concrete, gravel, or graded ground using ground anchors or rebar. Permit requirements vary by county — we'll help you navigate what's needed in your area.
